It did not help that I started to binge on cup noodles and potato chips in the middle of the night to relieve the stress from my final undergraduate year study.
I felt breathless always.
When I did my health screening, the doctor said I needed to start exercising and adopt a less salt diet to lower my borderline high blood pressure.
I started on my weight loss journey but it was not easy.
I weigh myself everyday to check if I had lose any weight. When it did not, I went on crash diets.
But, I felt even more lethargic and frustrated from the lack of food.
I ran for super long distances and ended up feeling giddy and nauseous. When I did finally shed two kilos, I went back on my previous diet and then gained more weight.
I have lost about 10kg since changing my eating habits and activity level. I was able to maintain my healthy weight for the past 5 years more effortlessly.
