This is Terence. I am a Hair Designer and have been practicing Intermittent Fasting.

For more than 20 years as a Hair Designer, I have been asked by my clients how to touch up their hair colour at home when it is not possible for them to visit me temporarily.

I have created an online step by step guide for this and hope that helps.

I am really passionate about Intermittent Fasting(IF). I have been doing IF for about one and a half year now.

A lot of people have been asking me why I want to do this since I am not overweight or seriously unhealthy. I never really open up to share the real reason besides saying that I want to stay healthy. Well, about six years ago, my mother's dementia became very serious and it was affecting our lives as family members.

Occasionally, I will get phone calls from strangers telling me that my mother was lost when she was out on her own. I would have to drop everything at work and go to fetch her home. Once a police officer on patrol called me saying my mother got lost and asked how am I related to her as she can only remember the number but not who the number belongs to.

It was a very agonizing period of my life... I was exhausted. I told myself that I do not want to let this happen to me nor let my love ones suffer because of me having dementia. I began to research but could not really find an exact answer to what triggers dementia...until I cam across the many benefits of doing Intermittent Fasting.

IF can help to avoid dementia and depression besides weight loss. In fact , there is a lot of other benefits.

I started doing IF seriously when I saw the benefits from one of my friends who reversed his diabetic symptoms after doing it. I came across another guest who appeared on a Dr. Oz program on television who look fit and healthy by only eating one meal a day.

I am not doing one meal a day. I am just doing the 16 : 8 method of intermittent fasting regardless of the number of meals. The 16 : 8 means you fast for 16 hours and eat for 8 hours making up the 24 hours a day.
