Week 1: You will learn the way to posture you had palm and legs so as to relax the joints.
Week 2: You will learn to posture foot and leg which will then improve stability in standing and walking
Week 3: You will learn the breathing technique so that you are able to synchronize your breathing with your movements.
Week 4: You will learn the joint rotational movements to smoothen the joints movements.
Week 5: You will learn palm#1 to palm#4 routine move and execute the routine.
Week 6: You will learn palm#5 to palm#8 routine moves and execute the routine.
Week 7: Introduction to the 64 steps Serial Bagua Zhang
Week 8: Practice the 64 steps Serial Bagua Zhang in slow motion
Week 9: Practice the 64 steps Serial Bagua Zhang in regular speed
Week 10: A recap of this week course highlighting of its benefit to health and enhancing wellness.
