The world of weight loss is filled with many myths. It is difficult to determine which are legit and which are not. If you are unlucky enough to follow the wrong methods, not only does it not make you slimmer. The wrong methods may actually do the opposite by making you fatter.
I was always overweight and believed everything I read on the Internet. This actually made my weight loss process into a roller coaster ride. My weight was always up and down.
Since the lockdown started, I have managed to lose my weight and keep it off by following the K.I.C.K.S. system that I designed. A number of my students who followed this system have also lost weight and kept them off.
In this short e-book, I will list down some of the myths of weight loss, according to my own results.
Your Instructor
Mun Kit has been a martial art Instructor for about 25 years. He is in the Technical Committee of the Malaysian International Taekwon-Do Federation, responsible for ensuring Malaysian Taekwon-Do instructors are teaching the martial art professionally.
Since childhood, he has been struggling with losing weight. Being round and chubby, he was an easy bully prey.
Since the lockdown, he has been designing the K.I.C.K.S system which has helped himself and other students lose 5kg in 10 weeks time and improving self-confidence using the martial art way.
This system can be applied even if one doesn't have any martial art experience.
