6-Month Artist Green Card Strategy Plan
The P.E.A.C.E. System
About the Course
6-Month Artist Green Card Strategy System, P.E.A.C.E.
Line System, designed for art students studying in the United States, aims to assist both current students and graduates.
The course provides precise and rapid calibration of the artist green card and O-1 visa, approaching it from a green card perspective, striving for high scores to smoothly navigate the O-1 process and securing early approval for the green card.
In each session, Yanzi will provide you with a comprehensive overview of the Green Card Strategy and guide you in creating your own customized Green Card Strategy Plan.
About Yanzi’s Green Card Journey and Method
Like students who decide to pursue studies in the United States, I, too, was drawn to the artistic atmosphere, work culture, and endless cultural inspiration of this country. This experience led me to commit to deepening my roots in this land, aspiring to bring to fruition all the creative thoughts swirling in my mind.
However, after making this commitment, I realized that the materials required to prove my capabilities for working in the United States after graduation were not something I, a person with no background in performance, could achieve during the one-year OPT internship period, let alone ensuring long-term development, which requires successful O-1 visa applications every three years.
Green Card Preparation Plan
Due to my deep appreciation for the creative and inclusive atmosphere of New York, I embarked on a journey seeking legal advice since the beginning of my Optional Practical Training (OPT). I consulted with no fewer than 20 attorneys, hoping to secure O-1 approval within the internship year.
Finally, after studying immigration law on my own and receiving full guidance from an attorney, I successfully obtained a green card within six months of OPT. I began to systematically organize my experiences and the strategies provided by the attorney, with the intention of sharing this formula with all international student artists striving in the United States.
Assisting artists in landing Green Cards smoothly
Throughout the guidance of each international student artist, I've observed that those who ultimately succeed in obtaining a green card are often those who collaborate with peers, engage in discussions, stimulate ideas, and make adjustments together. This collaborative effort helps prevent them from encountering setbacks or abandoning the opportunity for development in the United States due to challenges or loneliness.
Therefore, in addition to designing the PEACE Green Card Program, my hope is that after acquiring this green card strategy, each student will have the companionship of Yanzi throughout the journey, ensuring support until the moment they secure the green card.
