Looking back at my life. I felt that I have achieved what I did by being vocal about my feelings, my ideas, my passion and my commitment. If I wasn't able to articulate all that, I would not have been where I am today. Until today, I am still spreading the message of great companies being not just customer centric but employee centric as well. I am still spreading the gospel of certain practices and methods to build an F&B businesses which otherwise would be a failure.
In the past, corporate executives could and would listen to what I have to say, because it saved them millions. I have been there, done that. What I have to teach is definitely doable and easily implemented on a daily basis.
I'm a Chef by training, in all practicality, I should be in the F&B business my entire career. However, I've also risen to top positions of 2 Medical Groups. I chose not to stay with the third. How's that for diversity? How did I do it. I just took what I learnt as a Chef and what I have always believed to be true and applied it. It did not come easy, because people still couldn't believe that a Chef had anything to offer to the healthcare industry. It took a lot on my part to persuade, convince and strong arm my way to success. This a practical course for people who wants to speak well but have LIMITATIONS in their mind which prevents them from learning. My job is to remove those limitations and help you change your life.
