Jen"s cooking classes are among the top 10 things to do when visiting Malaysia. Tourists from all over the world give Jen’s cooking classes 5 stars and above. Some of her famous classes include dishes such as Beef Rendang, Nasi Lemak, Laksa, Satay and Sup Tulang. In 2012, Jen and her Beef Rendang dish were featured on TLC Discovery Channel.
Apart from cooking classes, Jen is also famous for her “secret” suppers. She was one of the pioneers in the Underground dining scene, under her banner known as "Jensunderground." Her suppers are by invitation only.
Jen’s handmade Mushroom Tartlets, her annual Chinese New Year Pineapple Tartlets and Hari Raya Kuih Makmur are sought after. During festivities, Jen’s goodies are known to be hand carried by her clients to destinations around the planet. These goodies and pastries are exclusively made to order.
Jen is often hired as a personal chef by her regular super rich and famous clients at their homes and on occasion she travels with them to cook exclusively for their circle of associates and personal friends.
