I am Lina Ng, Practicing Psychotherapist and have been in this field for 12 years.
Many people come to me only when they are desperate and have nowhere to turn to. Then they learnt to master the beast.
But in fact, on a day to day basis, I see many of us can release so much more potential and achieve so much more if you learn to tame your beast so that the power of the beast serve you and bring you forward in life.

Lina Ng, MSocSc (Professional Counselling - Australia), BSc (Psychology - UK), is a registered clinical member of the Singapore Association of Counselling, certified Substance Abuse and Gambling Addiction Counselor, and a qualified WSQ ACTA trainer. She has more than a decade of counselling, training and facilitation experiences in various settings such as schools, halfway houses, prison, community rehabilitation centre and mental health hospital since 2009. Her primary work encompasses helping individuals suffering from addictions with co-occurring mental health issues that may include emotion dysregulation, relationships issues, stress and anger management, anxiety, depression and childhood trauma.
As an Adjunct Lecturer, she teaches psychology and mental health-related modules such as para-counselling, motivation, stress management, resilience and self-care, understanding addiction, etc. Her passion is to help her clients and students begin a journey of self-discovery and self-empowerment, never again to be a victim of the EMOTIONS but to begin a life of full autonomy.
