Everything seems too good for someone whoever wanted to have a family. Your body, your spirit, your mind is full of hope and excitement, everyone around you is happy for you,
Then you go through each stages of pregnancy, thinking everything is going to be fine...
But very often... THE REAL CHALLENGES STARTS RIGHT HERE, the stages of pregnancy, the emotional and mental stress you are going through, your body shape, your energy starts to take a transformation you would never imagined before. But you are holding it strong because having that little one in your tummy puts all the SACRIFICE well WORTH IT, the thoughts of bearing a child, it's one of the most happiest moment for every soon-to-be Mum. As days goes by, your delivery date starts to get nearer and you became more anxious, emotional, excitement, every mixture of feelings you couldn't describe till the day after your child is born.
Things get a little downhill thereafter, as your physical and mental state took a toll on you, especially going through POST NATAL.
You are started to feel alone, anxiety, restless, depress and low self esteem.
You feel a sense of loss, due to the transformation of your body, appetitde, and the stress of taking care the baby.
You feel unwanted by your partner despite their assurance, you had LOST YOUR CONFIDENCE.
I understand how all this feel, because this is EXACTLY how I went through my POST NATAL.
3 years ago, my postpartum bloated tummy and disfigured body was one of the reason I was suffering from postnatal depression.
As a first time mum, I felt anxious after my confinement nanny left as I was so afraid that I couldn’t handle taking care of the baby myself. I felt super low self-esteem and confidence, both emotionally and physically. I even suspected that my husband may have cheated on me as we couldn’t indulge in intimacy for quite some time. The little one certainly had changed our life dramatically.
Being a fully breast feeding mum, had certainly taken a toll on me as I need to be 24 hrs being a pacifier and standby when my baby is hungry, cranky and sleepy. I suddenly felt disconnected with the world, my life was only surrounded by my little one, my husband and family member who stayed with us.
Taking care the little one alone and watching him growing up day by day was fulfilling. However contradictory I felt so useless as I didn’t have any contribution to myself, my family and friends, I was truly depressed even though my hubby was trying his best to help me.
I thought to myself, how can I ever get out of this situation?
I eventually start to force myself to start a simple exercise routine which is my favourite backbend pose (bridge/wheel pose) and some glute bridge exercise 7 days after my postpartum with only holding about a minute a day.
As I progressed, I slowly researched and designed more routines which has allowed many people to:
- Slowly recover their body shape, and most importantly the mind and soul.
- Increase their energy level so that they can maximize their capacity in thoughts and mindset.
- Regain confidence and sexiness so that they can feel attracted to their spouse.
The amazing results gave me the motivation to learn everything about Vinyasa Yoga, the poses and the routines.
After I implemented what I learnt, I was able to:
- Achieve full flexibility, strengths and balance that gives me the sense of satisfaction.
- I also felt good and refreshing everytime after I finished all these short workouts, I finally did something for myself, working towards the goal of a fit and healthy body.
- I no longer feeling depressed, but getting motivated to continue my yoga workout after seeing the changes in my body.
This is why I created this course to share my knowledge through this 3R steps I designed:
- RECOVER - In this period mummies need more rest than exercise, at the same time adjusting the new life routine with the baby, you will do simple Yoga stretches to condition your body for workout and also to reduce diastasis recti and tighten vaginal with proper dietery nutrition intake.
- RELIEVE - As our bleeding usually stop at this period, we will start to do more targeted workout focus on core (tummy) and lower body first (viginal, hips flexor), so that you can release tension, relieve backache, body numbness after taking care baby or pumping while working whole day.
- REBUILD - As mummies have already get used to the new life routine with the little one, this is the best time to rebuild our strength and flexibility, both mentally and physically. We will have a simple full body yoga flow combine with different theme, balance our minds and bodies, You will start to feel that your stamina is better with less stiffness body.

Your Instructor
Han Nee is a certified RYT 200HRS Yoga Instructor. Throughout the years she has been practicing Vinyasa Yoga to regain her body shape, mind and soul, especially after her post pregnancy.
She is also a work from home Mum, juggling between taking care of her baby and other house chores. She started practicing Yoga since 3 years back as she is going through a challenging time especially after her pregnancy.
She believes Yoga is the key to help most woman who is facing post natal syndrome or illness and she hopes this course could help transform woman in a healthy and fitness way.
