How to Lose Weight using my Weight Loss Food Recipes

Have you always wondered what kind of food you should eat if you want to lose weight?

Or... you want a healthy diet but are unsure on what to eat.

Well, I have compiled a list of recipes that I personally cook for myself and my family.

These are the kind of food that I eat on a daily basis.

I focus on low fat meals, in particular, Low Saturated Fat. Unsaturated fats are good for health, therefore I do not restrict that.

In my cooking, you can see that I only use Olive Oil and also food that are low in saturated fat. Deep frying is a no no because it contributes to high fat content, e.g. fried chicken wings (yummy!).


After 4 years of exploring the best diet for myself, here's my advice:

To eat a healthy diet, you do not need to follow a very strict diet (e.g. Keto Diet), otherwise your life will be very miserable.

Trust me... back in 2017, I developed high cholesterol at a tender young age of 33. I went for a strict diet with no seafood and no fats. I avoided eggs too.

(Didn't have much knowledge about diet back then.)

Honestly, I didn't have problems adapting to it. However, I could not enjoy the meals with my wife, family and friends. They will give me the look with a strange expression and think why I can't eat with them.

And when you are eating out, it is difficult to find the food that you want to eat.

(By the way, it is OK to eat seafood. I eat seafood now.)


I hope you like the recipes and try them out yourself and incorporate them in your diet.

If your cuisine is different from mine, it's ok, you can follow the same concept and it would just work fine. For example, using Olive Oil, go for steaming instead of deep drying, or low sodium soy sauce.
