Hello! My name is Srevagiwa, I'm a Yoga Instructor and doing Yoga for 10 years, I'm enjoy doing it, like to be punctual in time management also cheerful and disciplined person.
15 years back i was an Army Staff, For some reason i force myself to quit the job. I am an active and healthy person. After 5 years i am so suprise my weight gained until 76kg. I start to face a lot of health problems. "Yes" At last i found the concept of Yoga on 2005,. Before my weight was 57kg. After i have been aktively do Meditation and Weight Loss Through Yoga programs, I loss my weight until 68kg. It's amazing!!
I have follow the Art of Yoga and contineously learn how to create new poses weight loss through yoga strategies with conside ration by practicality, regulations and healthy will achieve create success. I believes that everyone deserve healty, wealthy and happiness in all aspects of their live and the best way to pursue them in Weight Loss Through Yoga.
Now with this wonderful amazing benefits, I'm going to teach, help and share about Weight Loss Through Yoga with people around me. I going to show a step by step process with an easy to follow guide. I have strong believe of it, i want to go fast, don't go alone but go together than we can achieve more with less.
