About this weight loss course

VERY IMPORTANT!

The workouts are designed with women over 40 in our hearts to be followed along easily.

Even though some of the workouts may seem easy to follow, it can only be challenging for you if you execute them the right way just as how Laura, your personal trainer here will demonstrate.

Please adhere strictly to the sequence of the workouts. The workouts are made to target certain parts of your body each day followed by the next. For eg. in Day 1 it kicks off with Inclined Slow Climbers followed by High Knees and in that order.

Please DO NOT rearrange the sequence of the workouts once you embark on this 21-Day weight loss program!
