Hello . I am Muz Talib from Beachmaster Urban Lifehub Global. I am a Business Mechanic based in Port Dickson , Malaysia. I teach entrepreneurs about the Business Tactical System. It is a Business Continuity System where businesses can last from 5 to 10 years. Based on preventive and breakdown maintenance of businesses.
WHAT IS BUSINESS TACTICAL SYSTEM
This knowledge or plan lies between Strategy & Operation. It is a short-term or medium-term strategy to face several possibilities. Strategy is for the long term. If it's big, maybe 10 years. Operations are annual plans. Strategic and operational plans are created to face only 1 possibility. This tactical plan will be faced by frontliners like me. That's why not many people talk about tactics. Because not many consultants are frontliners. All bosses are just bosses. We at the front line bring stories back to the boss, the boss takes the story and becomes a consultant. So why not become the first diploma-level consultant in Malaysia?
This tactical knowledge arises from THREATS in SWOT analysis. It takes into account threats that may occur in the future that will destroy our business. So from the beginning we put DEFENCES & BARRIERS in place to ensure that not only THREATS do not destroy our business, but if possible we want to turn them into opportunities.
Successful and more successful business people in the future are those who turn THREATS into OPPORTUNITIES. We use systems, processes, human resource leadership and tools to do this. This will improve the business and then scale up horizontally (horizontal scaleup]
Why do we need this Tactical Business System?
So to realize this Dream, we teach entrepreneurs to look back at the SWOT Analysis we did before starting a business. Usually, we will fill in the STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES first, then we go to the OPPORTUNITIES & THREATS. I teach entrepreneurs to use RGS, which is to fill in the THREATS first. Then look at the opportunities from the threats. Look at where our weaknesses are in taking this opportunity and take action to turn it into strength.
Which is destroying our business, weaknesses or threats?
If we look at the past 5 to 10 years, THREATS have become DISTRACTIONS or disruptions to businesses.

FOOD SHOP - DELIVERY
BANK - DIGITAL BANK
GOOGLE - ChatGPT
TRAVEL AGENT - AGODA
AIRLINE - LOW COST AIRLINE
REAL PROPERTY = VIRTUAL PROPERTY
So what do we need to do to deal with this DISTRUPTION? We put BARRIERS and DEFENCES.
BARRIERS are not in our control. DEFENCE is in our control. For example road safety. Highways, one lane, 2 lanes, 3 lanes; speed limits, cameras etc. are BARRIERS.
Seat belts, ABS, Proximity sensors, airbags etc. are DEFENCES. We can control.
But everything that is necessary requires extraordinary Action and strength?
Not necessarily, if we use the Pareto Principle.
