Course Objective:

To be able to do simple rituals and exercises daily for 10mins or more to achieve serenity.

Essential Information:
1. Please lie down or sit on your bed or yoga mat every morning before you start your day (prefer) or every night before you sleep.
2. Focus on your breath
3. Practice daily for 21 days in a row - take up a 21 days x 10 mins challenge
4. Eventually to make it a habit. 21 days make a habit.

Requirement:
1. Yoga mat or steady/hard bed
2. Your precious 10 mins - wake up earlier
3. Dedication to make this challenge a success
